I purchased this off of the sales comm a little over a year ago, and it was my first brand dress. It did not come with waist ties, but does come with the head bow. The only discoloration that is visible are on the head bow, which you cannot see when worn. This dress is incredibly special because it is full shirring, so it fits a variety of sizes. The bust can go up to 50in.
